Tenants are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.

RentalHome processes rent payments securely through our platform. Tenants authorize RentalHome to debit their chosen payment method for the agreed-upon rent amount on the specified payment dates. RentalHome may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.

Any disputes regarding rent payments or transactions must be resolved directly between Tenants and Landlords. RentalHome is not responsible for disputes arising from rent payment transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

RentalHome is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of funds or data, arising from the use of our services. RentalHome is not responsible for any errors or delays in processing payments caused by factors beyond our control.
